Customers are greeted by a custom music on hold playlist from your company. Call Parking allows your receptionist to handle multiple calls efficiently without the need of a phone with multiple phone lines.

Call Parking auto callback – Customers in the parking lot will be automatically sent back to the agent that placed the call in the parking lot after they reached the maximum parking lot time, making sure no customer gets lost or forgotten.

Call Parking caller ID reminder – When a call returns from the parking lot, the caller ID is changed, letting you know that a caller has been waiting in the Parking lot.

Call Parking Presence – Allows you to monitor and retrieve callers in the parking lot with just a push of a button. It’s simple.
